The standalone Bloons TD 4 app is still listed and purchasable on the App Store — version 3.6.2, with 75 rounds, 25 tracks, 5 Extreme Maps (in-app purchase), and Challenge / Freeplay / Apopalypse / Deflation modes.

Unblocked-game mirrors, Flash re-hosts and APK/download sites are not listed, even though they rank for "bloons td 4" searches. They re-distribute the game without permission, and they are not needed — the official free channels above work in any browser.
